JACK DANIEL’S CLUB NO. 7
Upgrade your concert experience by adding-on access to our Jack Daniel’s Club No. 7 marquee lounge to your ticket! Enjoy courtesy catering from Salvatore’s Tomato Pies before the show along with a private cash bar exclusive to VIP guests while taking in spectacular Madison views. Priority entrance through our VIP doors is included so you can avoid the lines and be in the venue in seconds. No need to scramble for dinner reservations; food will be available when doors open so you can enjoy dinner on us before the show starts until an hour before the end of the show. A display screen will also be streaming the show live so you won’t miss a thing.
* Tickets to the show must be purchased separately. Each person in your group must have their own Club No. 7 pass. Upgrades and add-ons are non-transferrable. Jack Daniel’s Club No. 7 upgrades do not include a reserved seat in our Jack Daniel’s balcony (see below). Check availability and add-on access to your previously purchased ticket by finding your event on Ticketmaster and clicking “Add-Ons Available.”
JACK DANIEL’S RESERVED BALCONY
Reserved barstools in our Jack Daniel’s Balcony give you a perfect birds-eye view of the show with a place to set your drink. Each ticket in our Jack Daniel’s Balcony also include access to our Jack Daniel’s Club No. 7 marquee lounge and all of its benefits! (see above).
QUICK ENTRY
Join the party early! With our Quick Entry ticket add-on you’ll have priority entrance into the venue through our separate Quick Entry line. Avoid having to line up for hours before the show. Quick Entry holders will be among the first to enter the venue once doors open. Arriving after doors open? Walk right up to our Quick Entry line for expedited entry – no waiting in the General Admission line! Perfect for fans that want to grab that perfect spot, beat the bar lines, or get their favorite merch before it sells out.
Quick Entry entrance is typically at the far right doors entering our lobby closest to Main Street but may vary by event. Look for the Quick Entry sign or ask a staff member if you need assistance.

VIP SUITES
Elevate your experience with your own private suite! 8-person and 10-person suites are available to rent for most shows – perfect whether you’re looking to celebrate with a group of friends or want a private space for you and that special someone. Access to your private suite includes priority access through our VIP entrance as well as access to our exclusive 3rd floor featuring dedicated bathrooms, suite-holder only bar, and private 3rd floor lounge area. Catering options are also available for pre-order or day-of-show needs.
